Returns

For online purchases, 80's Baby® will accept merchandise in its original condition for exchange when accompanied by the original sales slip. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 8-10 business days of receipt. Full-priced merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 14 days from date of delivery; however, all sales are final on reduced merchandise. Online purchases may not be returned/exchanged at any third party retail stores, department stores or any other 80's Baby® distributors.

At this time prepaid return labels are not available, and return shipping is non-refundable.  Email notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed. Your purchase will be credited to your initial form of payment for the products plus applicable taxes. (Please note that refunds can only be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase, not a different card.)

Your exchange item(s) will be sent to you free of charge via USPS ground.
We reserve the right to refuse exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements, such refusal is at 80's Baby's sole discretion. Delivery confirmation and/or insurance is suggested when returning merchandise to us, 80's Baby® will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Cancellation 

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to contact_us@80sbabyinternational.com.  Once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified, however we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
